Who we are

What we collect
When you lock in your code:
- your first name, mobile number and postcode
- your email, only if you choose to give it
- your answers to the test, including bedrooms, bathrooms and hot water use, plus your result and code
- the page you came from, campaign tags and ad click IDs in the link, which version of the page you saw, and your browser and device details
While you play, a random session ID is sent when your reward is drawn. If you message us on WhatsApp we also see your number and what you send.
Why
To give you your code, to contact you about your quote, survey or visit, and to measure our adverts. We contact you by text, WhatsApp and email. Reply STOP at any time and we stop.
On your device
Your answers, result, code and session ID are kept in your browser while you use the site, so the thank-you page works. Your cookie choice is saved in your browser. If the connection fails when you lock in, a copy of your details stays in your browser until they are delivered.

- Meta and Google receive advert-measurement events only after you accept cookies. Meta also gets your first name, mobile, postcode and email (if given) in scrambled form, sent from our server
Cookies and tracking
Advertising and measurement stay off until you accept. Change your mind any time with Cookie settings in the footer.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for 12 months after last contact.
